We had this with fresh Kumamoto oysters from Whole Foods and then with sauteed yellowtail... With the oysters, this was a perfect match, as most food/wine pairing suggest. The brine in the oysters was met with a slight brine/mineral in the wine. There was nice, subtle fruit in the wine, too, that provide a refreshing counterpoint to the oysters. This is one of the best Muscadets I have had in some time, and I only wish I knew where I bought it so I could get some more. (89 pts.)
