Howie,
I am even more of a minimalist. Toast two pieces of bread, spread on a little mayo, slice one fresh tomatoe, add S&P and there you have it. Has been my lunch for the last 3 days.

I make a tomato sandwich often, for breakfast. One slice of whole grain bread, spread with Laughing Cow French Onion cheese wedge (low fat) lettuce and thick slices of red and yellow toms. Sometimes as a side with dinner I slice toms, add EVOO and balsamic. I use what is left the next morning for my tomato sandwich. Yum...........just love tomato season!

And I'm even more a minimalist than you--hold the mayo.
My wine shopping and I have never had a problem. Just a perpetual race between the bankruptcy court and Hell.--Rogov
