WTN: 2002 Beringer, Botrytised Nightingale, Private Reserve

by Randy Buckner » Tue Mar 21, 2006 3:02 pm

2002 Beringer, Botrytised Nightingale, Private Reserve, Napa Valley, California, $35 (375 ml). The nose displays a lovely mix of botrytis, figs, dried apricots and hay. While very sweet on the palate, there is enough acidity to pull it off; 90/90.

Nice note and appreciation from a "sweetie" fan. How long have you been here Randy? I have posted on a Cedar Creek Pinot Blanc on the other place, think you are familar with that winery?
