I can't open anything without using scissors. Have you ever tried to open some cereals? No matter how much grunting and pulling apart the bag (which may stretch just a little) I do, I can't make the seam open. And how about those flimsy, thin plastic containers that hold numerous foodstuffs like pastries, veges, etc.? They snap together nicely, but then try to get them apart. You almost need a crowbar. I wonder how Superman would fare.

And I sincerely believe the physical principles used in the examples above could find a place in the military or space program. Stronger than Kryptonite, I think.

Yeah, that's the ticket. Wonder how I can slip that young blonde past my wife.

Well, I use scissors for everything or my Scout knife. Life has given me two hand problems that I am dealing with every day. So I resort to tools to do some of my work. Even then, it is a battle to get those hard plastic packages open that come molded around the product you are buying. Opening wine, cans, etc. But it is still better than being dead and not being able to enjoy the challenge!

Then there's the trusty Swiss Army Knife. You know, I spent all those years in the Swiss Army and all I got was a stupid knife.

Larry, what drives me crazy is the shrink wrapped plastic over the cover of certain containers -- ketchup, bottled water, whatever -- then, on the inside there is another cover adhered to the bottle opening. Yes, it's good to be safe, but I think it's overkill.
