Friday night

Giant fava beans stewed with lemon, olive oil and rep paprika, serve over a bed of long grain basmati rice, along side baked Alaskan salmon.

Serve with an assortment of fresh chopped salads, baked beets, tabouli with pomegranate seeds and organic bulgur wheat, homemade tehina and fresh water challah from Queens

Shabbat lunch

Same salads
Moroccan cholent with baby kalackal (soft shin meat from a cow) and giant bone marrow, brown eggs, barley, brown rice and Jachnun, each in a separate bag. Went extremely well with the 2006 Galil Mountain Yiron This was like an overdose of Ambien.

Good week to all.
