Buffalo bill

by Larry Greenly » Mon Nov 13, 2006 4:30 pm

I scored some ground buffalo meat at a local grocery store that was normally $14 for the package, but it was two days from the pull date. My bill: $2.84.

I'm looking forward to using some in chili con carne. Any other ideas?

Do didn't mention the cut or whether it was ground or not. I have a daughter who loves buffalo burgers. Unfortunately most of the places around here cut it with cow meat.

Can't you read my mind? It is ground buffalo and it looks good.
