Not sure what I make of this.

Interesting comment from the chef that she found it offensive when people claimed they were "full" after finishing a meal. One of those 'we do it this way, you do it that way' things.

Have to agree with Jeff. Trying to run a restaurant that's based on foisting your ideas on customers who may not agree with them and then getting upset with them when they don't comply is not something that's going to work well.

Surely there's a 'not' missing otherwise the story doesn't make sense

Members must comply with house rules which include eating everything on your plate and bringing your own doggie bag to take any leftovers home.

If you eat everything then there's no leftovers.

Why was she serving meals she thought were too big to eat? Reduce portion size and problem solved.
