Thanks for posting Joy. But the most important thing is the “quality” of the grapes harvested were “high”.

Bob, that first report of Jim's seems to come from September 25. Since then the weather in Anjou and Touraine, the main Chenin and CabFranc regions, has been exceptionally wet. I guess that if he were to update this, he would now be more pessimistic about quality.

We're having a great harvest here in Sonoma, Mendocino and Napa Counties. It's mostly in, and I'm only seeing happy faces at the places I visit.
