Read through the list of chefs and was rather suprised by one name on the American list, Top Chef contestant Angelo Sosa who owns a sandwich shop or something. Wonder how he winged that?

Never heard of him.
Some of the others aren't really chefs (Drew N,Joe Bastianich, the Le Cirquers). And Kinch is Manresa, not Mansera.
But I'm happy to sub for any of them. :)

Actually, Drew IS a chef, I'm fairly sure, even if all he does these days is run his empire (something a lot of the guests on this list have in common. And Angelo is a very capable cook from what I saw on Top Chef (he should have won his year, but he got so sick they almost had to cancel/postpone the finale and he just couldn't perform at his usual level), but he's just one little guy with more of a shop than a restaurant let alone a white tablecloth establishment of the sort that everyone else on this list owns or runs at least one of. Lucky guy!
