Turns out I had the '02 Clouet and '02 Bollinger tonight at an event. The Clouet was much more approachable, and in fact delicious now but with time to spare. The Bolly was hulking, closed and desperately in need of lots of time.

Hmm. Different take on Bollinger. I had the 2002 James Bond 007 edition last night and it was pretty nice. Young but enjoyable. I don't know how different this is from the regular Bolly.
Three be the things I shall never attain:
Envy, content, and sufficient champagne.
