WTN: Excellent value N. Rhone

2004 Yann Chave, Crozes-Hermitage, France, $26. This lovely middleweight should probably be consumed over the next two to three years. Sporting excellent balance, the complex aromas and flavors reveal blackberries, meatiness, smoke and a hint of spice. The tannins are very forgiving; the balance impeccable. Discounters have this for $19 -- I nabbed a case; 88/90.

Come on, a glass of Yann to go with your extensive Yanni CD collection -- what could be better?

Yes.

Do you have adult supervision while on the computer?

I liked the Crozes so well that I ordered a case of the Crozes Le Rouvre as well -- $23 a bottle.

May the Yann be with you.

"POS"

You'll regret that purchase. Maybe not today, maybe not tomorrow, but you will... you will...
