Wow, I think now someone could spend about 3 grand a year just on subscriptions (I've certainly forgotten some, tried to just do English language)!

Magazines
Wine Spectator
Wine Enthusiast
Decanfer
World of Fine Wine
Sommelier Journal

Mutli-Reviewer Wine Newsletters
Wine Advocate
IWC (Tanzer)
International Wine Report

Subscription Individual Reviewes/Specialists
Jancis Robinson
Suckling
Burghound (Meadows)

Rhone Report (Dunnick)
James Halliday
Pinot Report
For the Love of Port (Hirsch)
Champagne Warrior (Baker)

The Wine Doctor (Kissack) (going paid subscription)

There's also JLL's website, drinkrhone.com, which is at least partially subscription-based.

ETA: Also Claude Kolm's Fine Wine Review
