Are you going to try it? I have a lovely rainbow Swiss Chard patch in my garden, plus some great black beans I just got from Rancho Gordo, and beets from the Farmer's Market I picked up this morning. So you see, I love all the ingedients....just not the way they are brought together in the recipe. Shiver

In Oz they put beets on burgers, real burgers that is. I kinda liked it.
