The guy is doing a lot of drinking, it seems. He has a new line of cocktail and cooking bitters out.

Visited with him last fall in AZ. Had a great time. The bitters are very good and very interesting!

I met Bill once to share wine during travels. I think I will order a couple of the bitters to try out.
