Tried this back in KansasCity:
1. TN: Haraszthy Zin AmadorCnty SolusSto (15.6%; www.HaraszthyFamilyCellars.com) VallejoHaraszthy/Plymouth 2009: Med.color; some blackberry/briary/Amador Zin/licorice light vanilla/Am.oak bit fumey/alcoholic light earthy/dusty pleasant enough Amador Zin nose; soft rather hot/fumey/alcoholic some blackberry/Zin/briary/licorice bit tannic/hard flavor; med.long rather hot/alcoholic/fumey very ripe/blackberry/Amador Zin/briary finish w/ some hard/gritty tannins; speaks of Amador Zin/briary but pretty hot & alcoholic. $18.00 (CllrRat)

A wee BloodyPulpit:
1. Ran into this at RyanSciara's CellarRat in KansasCity. Not a label I recognized, though did, of course, recognize the name. Apparently a distant (in time) relative of AgostanHaraszthy and (apparently) trying to trade on the fame of that name. Not sure what BuenaVistaWnry has to say about it. Agoston's original wnry, of course. Not to compelled to try their Lodi or Sonoma Zins...based on this Amador version.
