You can say that again. You will be missed at MoCool.
Although, I admit touring the Willamette was great
when we were there. We used Stone Wolf as our touchstone winery base during our visit. Linda and her right hand woman, Jessica, were great hosts that treated us well. Very good and affordable wine, too. I should know, I bought a mixed case in 2010 and it is all gone.
In my experience, the best wineries I visited were, in no particular order, Carlton Cellars, Patricia Green, and St. Innocent. Carlton had some great pinots at QPR prices and the tasting with the assistant winemaker was fun (appointment for that one). The tasting experience at Patricia Green with the winemaker was great, but we made an appointment for that one too. And, St. Innocent has a great tasting room in a beautiful setting at the top of a hill and the most burgundian pinots I tasted while in the Willamette.
Enjoy your visit!
