2011 Wind Gap Wines Mourvedre Bedrock Vineyard - USA, California, Sonoma County, Sonoma Valley (10/14/2013)
This is an exceptional, and exceptionally easy to drink wine! Lots of cherry/berry fruit that is light on its feet and refreshing, as well as rose and earthy notes make for a very aromatic experience. It carries through on the palate with fine balance and an overall light but persistent palate feel. I'm glad I bought a small stash, though I wish I had bought a whole lot more!

Coincidentally, my shipment of Bedrock wines arrived today and my wife asked my if Fred Flintstone was the winemaker?
