Flam 2006 vintages?

by Susan Lilly » Mon Oct 28, 2013 11:42 am

Anyone have an idea of whether the Flam 2006 Superiore and CS Reserve might still be drinking well? My wine guy has a few bottles left.

I've been pretty much a lurker on this site for some years, but thanks to all for your suggestions, insights, occasional wit. I look forward to the day when you can walk into a wine store and see signs that say France, Italy, Spain, and... ISRAEL (not just KOSHER).

Hi Susan,

I've not tasted the 2006 vintage but given the winery's track record with this wine and taking in consideration Rogov's drinking window as well, I would say the odds for this wine to be still alive and kicking are quite high and personally I would definitely go for it. If you do, please let us know here if it lived up to the expectations.
