I can`t find my Canadian Pinot Gris tasting notes!!!!!

Thought I might be able to add something to previous tasting notes but the search engine here is a real jungle!!! Anyhows I have your attention so just a reminder that Cedar Creek in the Okanagan rocks.

WTN: `04 Pinot Gris Cedar Creek, Okanagan BC.

13%, this winery is very consistent in their red/white production. One should try to look out for the Pinot Noir especially.

Colour. Pale straw w. watery rim. Minimum clinging legs, nice sparkle.

Nose. Spice, peach, apricot, some tropical fruits as it airs.

Palate. Has some ot that stone fruit quality one finds in NZ PG. Excellent acidity, tangy bite on the minerally finish with nice citrus lime tones. Apple, pear, dryish style. My impressions are consistent with my `03 notes posted last year (somewhere!!).

Cost was $18 Cdn.

WTN: `04 Ehrenfelser Cedar Creek.

Another of my annual favs. Usual pale lemon colour, nose of honey, spice, pear and some citrus. On the palate crisp and dry with minerals, apples. Some might think riesling but distinct in its own way. Wonder why we do not see more notes on this varietal? Is it produced on the east coast?

Bob, only you know what you titled your note (possibly, it's the crab cake thread you're looking for?), but searching for your notes is easy. Click on SEARCH. Then in the upper left side of the form, type 'pinot and gris' without the quote marks into the first box so that it will ONLY return results to you that include both words, then type your name into the lower box: 'Bob Parsons Alberta.', again, without the quote marks. Be sure to include the period that you used when you selected this moniker. Voila, up pops a long list on which you'll be able to find your thread.

Yes, sorry, I meant on the right. Leave all the other options in the default settings. And it really does work, because I just did it a second time.
