2004 Williams Selyem Pinot Noir Central Coast - USA, California, Central Coast (5/30/2006)
Had with grilled Italian sausages on Memorial day. These sausages and Pinot always work. This was just awesome. Medium light color, transluscent. Spicy nose of cherries and, to me, cola. Flavor on the palate similar, with a nice tartness of red fruit, and lots of depth. Elegant and refined. A refreshing drink, one that was outstanding for sipping and complemented the sauasages beautifully. (92 pts.)
