And I'll second Jay's thought that we waive the registration fee for anyone bringing (and opening...) a '75 Yquem -- especially in a 750!

I made my reservation for the Best Western last night so it looks like I'll be there. Bordeaux is rather scanty in my collection but I think I have at least one Chateau from 2000 and maybe I can come up with some 2005. I may bring a couple wines for the off-theme table also.

I have been burning the net this morning trying to find additional rooms in the general Ann Arbor area, and have found that the Holiday Inn Express (HIE) in Brighton Mi has at least 6 rooms available. I realize that this separates us, but only by a few miles so in room revelry will still be possible. I am only trying to maximize the possibilities, and by doing that I hope I maximize the attendance. Price at the HIE is comparable to the Best western in Whitmore Lakes.

Bob, have you checked the Chelsea area? I know there is at least a Comfort Inn there, and it is just to the west of the picnic site. Not near the Best Western, but could be handy for people who only want to go to the picnic.

OW, I am not sure of exactly where I have checked, but I have checked a lot of locations. Brooklyn Michigan is west and south of AA, so it makes sense that the west area will fill up first. I did check Jackson I remember that. I also checked Dexter and Pinckney, also checked Adrian, and Ypsilanti. I still think that locations north of AA will be the best bet. If you find anything out that way. let us know. Thanks

Jim et al -- you may also be pleased to hear that the Best Western is only 5 minutes from Chateau Goldberg... where I've heard completely unsubstantiated rumors that there's likely to be a pre-party for out-of-towners on Friday night.

Y'all come now...

Joel,

Even the Noland Brothers?!?

We'll be there.

How wonderful! And seeing as I am an official "Noland Brother" one weekend every year, I'm delighted to see we are welcome at Chateau Goldberg!

Thank you Joel and Sally!

Great news about MoCool. This will be our first and after meeting lots of folks at last year's SemiCool, Cindy and I are excited. Already have the room at the Best Western. Looking forward to seeing everyone again!
Cheers!
