Kleine Zalze
'Cellar Selection'
Chenin Blanc 2015

Had this with lunch at a new gastropub on Wednesday.

This is the dry, fresh crisp non-wooded style of Chenin that I really enjoy, and it's just right for lunch. Good flavour, some weight and without the piercing acidity of the NZ and RSA savvies that we also like, so ideal at lunch

Kleine Zalze are making some tremendous wines these days. This is one of their basic labels "made to be more accessible and fruit driven" An inexpensive wine -- retail.
