2006 Sauvignon Blanc from Coopers Creek, Marlborough and Nobilo, Marlborough

In this comparison I will give the nod to the Nobilo:
12.5% alcohol
Light gold color, quite clear and transparent. Penetrating but pleasant crisp grapefruit nose with maybe some new grass scent underlying the citrus notes. Flavor in line with nose. I like this. Good match to tossed salad or some green vegetables or fish dishes.

Coopers Creek:
13% alcohol
Crisp, zesty, lemony. Also a squirt of grapefruit juice.
