Zilliken has been reputed to have made one of the best collections in the 2005 vintage, and to judge by this wine it's true.
This is bracing in a way that many 2005s are not, as well as effusively fruity, minerally, and long, long, long on the palate. Just delicious, and because it has tons of concentration it's 200% better on night two than it was on night one. Let this one rest in the cellar for maximum enjoyment, or just plow through a bottle tonight for sheer fun appeal.
