Opened to "pair" with grilled terryaki chicken. The quotes are because when it's on there is no food in the world to pair with this wine. I've had a couple of dodgy bottles lately, but this one was as "on" as any bottle since the very first one I tried over 7 years ago.
A powerhouse of tropical fruit (mango, grapefruit, papaya, passion fruit) with perfect balance and unbeatable refreshment value. It's a tropical fruit orgy from start to finish. Drink 'em if you've got 'em.
