- 2000 Weingut Willi Bründlmayer Blauburgunder und Merlot Langenloiser Dechant - Austria, Niederösterreich, Kamptal, Langenlois (10/10/2007)
12,5% abv; 14,69€. The nose shows great pinosity with red fruit and roots and some aged aromatics also like leafyness/earth, but also some darker fruit character (presumably from the Merlot?). The palate is fruity and sweet but not heavy at all and has juicy acidity. I don't know how much Merlot there is in this, but I have troble sensing it past the Pinosity. Very nice at this price!
