Some nights I get a dinner and a wine that are just good together -- so good that I forget to try to remember all the magic words you're supposed to blatt out in this august gathering place.
Tonight was just such a night. A half century old recipe for skillet-barbecued chicken, a good salad, and a bottle of David Coffaro Estate Zin. Probably '04, because it has a screwcap.
