NV Lucien Albrecht Cremont d`Alsace.

Very lively, nose of peach and floral. Good taste of citrus and brioche but not that expressive.

`05 Dominio del Plata Crios de Susana Balbo Chardonnay, Arg.

Light gold colour, nose had figs and oak. Nice new world chard, lemon zest, hint of caramel on finish.

`05 Lucien Albrecht Reserve Gewurztraminer, Alsace.

Good example of this spicey varietal. Light yellow, pleasant aftertaste, light, puckery. Ginger and spice, honey, lycees, quite smooth.

`06 Vina Casablanca Nimbus Estate Sauvignon Blanc, Chile.

Seems to fly off the shelf. Reminds me of the old Montana NZ SB. Asparagus, green peppers. Apple, grapefruit, think I like the Montes and Montgras better at same price.

Reds.

`04 Sebastiani Cab Sauv, Sonoma.

Some Petite Sirah, Merlot and Syrah blended in make for a ripe style. Not typical of varietal but smooth drinking. Cherry, blackberry on nose, firm tannins. Good if new to wine biz!

`05 Nicolas Potel Cuvee Pinot Noir, Burgundy.

Good vintage, nice wine for around $20 Cdn. Strawberry aroma with spice, minerally finish. Dry naturally with nice mid-palate. Thought finish a tad short.

I tasted that Sabastiani Cab Sauv last night, and I liked it. Not sure of the vintage though, as there was a crowd and the lighting was dim. I'd definately buy it.
