Opened over a month ago for lunch at Nico's place. Immediately upon opening 275 ml was poured to fill a small screw-cap apple cider bottle while we drank the rest. The wine was good but rather closed and tannic. This note is based on the 275 ml which I finally drank tonight with some steak.

Outstanding. Chocolate, ripe berry, well balanced and complex. Lots of sweet fruit. Medium-bodied. Modern in style. Needs serious decanting for drnking now but should be even better in a few more years.
