2005 Domaine Robert Chevillon Bourgogne - France, Burgundy, Bourgogne (10/25/2007)
Dark red color. Forward aromatics of cherry and strawberry fruit and earth. Very easy to drink, as the balance of fruit and structure is fine, the tannins ripe and supple and the fruit and earth flavors well integrated. There's enough fruit and structure here to allow for 5+ years of cellaring in my opinion.
Indeed the price has gone up for this wine lately ($23.99 before discount near me), but it's still hard to find better drinking for the price.
