A few years ago, I ran across a video from (I believe) a California winery that was an over-the-top production showing how to open a screw top properly. I remember a phrase something like, "Hold the top, twist the bottle," while the water was dancing around a restaraunt.
Does anyone remember this video, and if so, do you also remember the link?

Dave, I haven't seen the video, but "hold the top, twist the bottle" is actually good advice. It brings an alternative form of the lever principle to bear - you get more torque by turning the larger-diameter circle, and on a sturdy Stelvin-type screwcap, it takes a fair amount of torque to break the seal.
