Yup - wine from the middle east and it IS top quality and it ISN'T Musar.
It is called Domaine du Castel.

The website is a bit amateurish, but the Grand Vin is a dead ringer for a mid-level Bordeaux. Keep an eye out for it in Europe (they have some at Caves LeGrand in the 2nd in Paris).
