I guess the subject line says most of it. Jam on the entry, jam through the middle, jam down the throat. The middle and back palate are sadly accompanied by some raggedy tannin and a bit of an alcoholic feeling, despite only 13.8% alcohol. Not an integrated wine at all.
I bought two bottles at the winery a year ago; it must have tasted better then.

Ouch! :( . However few months ago I had Karly's Buck's Ten Point Zinfandel from the same vintage and it was drinking fine.
