Able Grape..a wine search engine!

I found this on an Australian wine forum. Looks very interesting in its youth. Someone mentioned Beta but not sure what that means really?
I was able to access pretty good...and I even found a link to WLDG!!!

Hi Bob,

I posted this on Auswine (and also here ), I didn't see your post. Beta can mean different things, but essentially its public testing of software. This seems to be an open beta with no restrictions, you don't have to register to use the site nor do you have to agree to a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDL) - more common for commercial sites like computer games. But they do have a Terms and Conditions page which is probably worth reading.

I think this site is a great idea and we should help them imporove it by offering feedback as we use the site to search for info on wine.

Yup, agree thats why I posted on this new item we can all refer to. It looks good to me and something else to spend my time on (grin).
I had to go out so did not post on that forum as yet.
