Joseph Swan Saralee's Vineyard Pinot Noir 2000 Ruby with just a touch of garnet in the bright, clear color. Very slight clearing at the rim. Fresh fruit nose. Gentle entry, light flavor very much of PN. Quite enjoyable. Gained a good bit of depth the second night. Certainly not a "California fruit bomb". I have another bottle and I don't think I'll be able to keep my mouth off it for very long.
13.1% alcohol. Bought at the winery in July '02 for $22.50.
