- 2002 Kistler Chardonnay McCrea Vineyard - USA, California, Sonoma County, Sonoma Mountain (3/1/2008)
Initially rather austere. With air it shows pear and pineapple then lots of baking spices. It gets very oaky once it warms up.
- N.V. Bollinger Champagne Special Cuvée Brut - France, Champagne (3/1/2008)
The current batch of the Bolly NV is just super. There's richness, red fruit and a super mouth feel. Great stuff.
