WTN: 2005 David Arthur Sauvignon Blanc

Considering David Arthur's reputation for cabernet, I expected a bit more of this Napa sauvignon blanc. Stemmy green flavors with tart Eureka lemon acidity. Very drinkable and pleasant, but its an underachiever at it's price in the high 20's and gets nowhere close to the laid back complexity of so many Napa sauvignon blancs, like Spotteswoode for instance.
My wine shopping and I have never had a problem. Just a perpetual race between the bankruptcy court and Hell.--Rogov
