Always nice to read about Girardet's legendary Oregonian Baco Noir. Wish we got some here in Ontario...

Personally, I wonder what kind of acid balance Baco gets in Oregon. If not dealt with carefully in the East, Baco can be an acidic beast! Great wine is always made in the vineyard.

Interesting Paul. I read a Tempranillo was a close second.
