Seeking Languedoc recommendations

I do not believe I have ever had a wine from the Languedoc AOC. Does anyone have recommendations for some to try under $25?

Randy, I took the liberty of moving your question into a new thread of it's own in the general wine forum (WLDG) which is more highly trafficked. And I see that was your first post--welcome!

Randy,
Is it specifically Languedoc AOC you are looking for? Or would any of the many communes within the Languedoc (Pic St. Loup, Minervois, St. Chinian, etc.) do? Assuming the latter, here are some of my favorites:

Ch. La Roque
Ch. D'Oupia
Dom. D'Aupilhac
Ch. St. Martin de la Garrigue

Good list. The Iche family (Ch. d'Oupia) also makes a great bargain VdP d'Herault called "Les Heretiques", don't think it says Chateau d'Oupia on label.

In a more "modern" style, I've generally liked the wines from Clavel.

I've been drinking a lot of Minervois lately and have been pleasantly surprised.
Yes, and how many deaths will it take 'til he knows
