I'm going to a dinner tonight and thought I might bring along a Chateau La Nerthe 2004 CNDP Blanc. It is the first white CNDP I have purhcased and I'm wondering if it should be drunk now or cellared? I've heard some people describe white CNDP's doing through a dumb phase....
Thanks in advance for any suggestions/experiences with white CNDP's.

Most white Chateauneuf doesn't need/warrnat much/any aging. Beaucastel Blanc is the exception that proves the rule.
