Mid-Week Chat Tonight!

by Cynthia Wenslow » Wed May 07, 2008 10:06 am

How is your week going? Have you scheduled in any time for fun, or has it been all work? Have you taken a moment to sit quietly with a loved one and reflect on the day, perhaps over a glass of wine? Are you studying like crazy for your next WSET exam?

Whatever is happening in your world, join us for the regular WLDG Mid-Week Chat and De-stressing Session! Fun and frivolity for all! (And those WSET students can get a boost on this unit from the "sparkling" personalities of the Usual Suspects! )

Things get started at 9:30 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time, 8:30 p.m. Central, 7:30 p.m. Mountain, 6:30 p.m. Pacific, 0130 Thursday GMT, some horrible hour in the middle of the night in Europe, 10:30 a.m. Thursday in Tokyo, 11:30 a.m. Thursday in Sydney and environs, and 1:30 p.m. Thursday in New Zealand.

Right Click to Enter --> WLDG Chat Room

Pull up a chair and pour a glass of something good. We'd love to see you! :D

We've got a Homeowner's Association meeting at 6:30, but should be home in time for chat (since the meeting is across the street).

I hate to be such a wimp, but I've got a brutal migraine and suspect that the best antidote is about eight hours of sleep. :p No chat and no multi-tasking for me tonight. I need to come up with something really easy for this week's FoodLetter that I can knock out quick in the morning ...

See everyone next time ... I HOPE!

ACK! Missed it. I was away over this past weekend in Arizona, then I got sick on Monday night and Tuesday with a hit-and-run virus, and had to work my ass off Wednesday to make up for it. Oh well.

I had a long crazy day, driving all around Buffalo. I was sound asleep by the time Chat started.
Chico - Hey! This Bottle is empty!
Groucho - That's because it's dry Champagne.

No, the Mark Lipton that was there was much too mild-mannered to be Joseph, even in disguise! :D
