WTN: Ghiran Billi Billi Shiraz 2004

Victoria
Mount Langi Ghiran

Dark red in the glass.

Spicy, fresh crushed fruit on the nose, along with chocolate, dill and mint.

Fairly thick, quite smooth and rich, juicy cherry, strawberry, blueberry and raspberry fruit, red licorice, good acidic tang, peppery, with a bit of heat toward the end.

Tangy finish with some red licorice.

Screwcap closure.

Went quite well with BBQ-ed steaks.

Purchased at $15.95 (Canadian).
