Anaheim, CA restaurant recommendations?

Some of my most memorable meals in the past few years have been the direct result of recommendations from all of you on these web pages. Well - I'm asking again: I'll be in Anaheim, CA on business in a month or so and would like to know some restaurants that you recommend both for the food and the wine.

I enjoyed the Thai food at Bebe's Cafe, which is located within the Orange County Badminton Club : 1432-A N. Main Street, Orange, California (714) 639-5400. You can watch the matches and training through large windows.

I recommend going up to Fullerton for fine dining to The Cellar. The cuisine is classic French, the wine list is a Spectator Grand Award winner.
