...Dale or someone, please remind me what the plan is for our little aging project? I found three bottles in town today (to my surprise, Bordeaux being fairly absent up here) to add to my stash, and I don't remember what my consumption plan was supposed to be.
My wine shopping and I have never had a problem. Just a perpetual race between the bankruptcy court and Hell.--Rogov

Jenise,
The plan was to age two bottles of the same wines, one in a temperature-controlled cellar environment, the other in a hot place in your house (kitchen, etc.). We are planning on opening our bottles on April 1, 2010, April Fools' Day seeming to be as apropos as any.

Ah, okay, thanks. And now I remember. Was going to put two of each aside to eliminate it all being for nought for a compromised bottle, and that means I definitely want to break up the original purchase wines for an even playing field. The three new ones will be kept separate. Thanks!
