Hello,
I am a MSc student at Newcastle University and I have prepared the survey below for my master dissertation. If you like Cava or Champagne don't hesitate to complete it! It just takes 5 minutes or less,I would really appreciate it!

Saw your post on the UK forum. Many think we do not see the best Cava , most stays in Spain.

some pretty serious wine people believe that UK sparkling wine is better than Cava! never had it myself; but.....

I once had a Cornwall sparkler from Camel Valley that was definitely of Champagne quality, but it was pretty much a rarity.
