Winemaker, Jeff Murphy, will host special Thursday night tastings in July and August from 5pm-7pm, where he will present and discuss five prize-winning wines. In July, we are tasting the Golds , which include Riesling, Traminette, Foch, Cabernet, and Chambourcin Ice Wine. Each of the wines will be paired with a special hors d oeuvres and the menu for July 31st includes the Blueberry Concord Grape Tart shown here.
