WTN: Camille Cayran "La Reserve" (Cairanne)

A white Rhone blend of 50% Grenache Blanc, 20% Clairette, 20% Roussanne, and 10% Bourboulenc. Medium body with moderate acidity. Fresh taste with hints of mangoes and bananas mixed with a pleasant taste of light flowers. Truly unique and a good bargain at $12 on sale.

Thanks for the very timely note. I just got an invitation to a tasting of Camille Cayran wines next week and was wondering if I should go. Your note seems encouraging. Have you tasted any other wines from Cayran?
