National Wine Week?

In doing research for our September NYC trip, I have noticed mention of the 43rd National Wine Week, September 15-19, 2008. I have tried searching for info on this but haven't been able to find anything.

Could someone shed some light on this event?

Mostly a promotional week with special wine offers at a selection of various Smith and Wolensky restaurants in the United States. Actually some good wines to be tasted....and then again, I do rather enjoy Smith and Wolensky.
