What happened to the likes of the Galloping Gourmet, Graham Kerr (before he had a heart attack, saw God and stopped guzzling all through his show) - they may or may not be chefs in the traditional sense (Kerr certainly wasn't) but they sure were good foodie entertainers.
Even Bourdain (does he still do any cooking) is an entertaining read.
