FJTN: Synergy Kombucha

by Brian K Miller » Wed Aug 13, 2008 11:25 am

Feel free to move this, but since we have Beer Tasting Notes occasionally, and since I was thinking about the tarter, acidic side of wines (vis a vis Havens and Bell Cellars in Yountville). I thought I would post this "Fruit Juice Tasting Note."

Can't drink Poulsard at work, but I have discovered this amazing hippy organic beverage made with Kombucha culture. Synergy is the label, and I am drinking the Cranberry version. Quite fulkl of vitamins and cultured goodness, this has an amazingly lively cranberry flavor that does not depend on sugar at all (4g per bottle!) Effervescent, with thin strands of the culture, and excellent tart cranberry taste.

Sounds like you need a new job

Seriously though, the combination of cultured cranberry kombucha does indeed sound like poulsard!
